high tide
Remember this posting a while back of the busker on the banks of the Thames? Well, here is that exact same spot at high tide. I forget about the Thames's tides until I'm forced to remember it at times like this.
It certainly is amazing how different a scene looks when the tide is high Molly. Did you see the boathouse I posted a while back, a few days after I drove past and the pier and half of the boathouse was underwater. Crazy!!
